Movie Review: Cirkus

Overall, "Cirkus" is a commendable effort, especially given the challenges of filming during the COVID-19 pandemic. The cast, led by Ranveer Singh, Siddarth Jadhav and Sanjay Mishra, does an excellent job bringing the characters to life . However, the lack of opportunity for the talented cast to truly shine is a disappointment. While the film does inspire a few light moments , it falls short of the laugh riots that we have come to expect from Rohit Shetty movies. As a loose remake of the classic 1982 film "Angoor," "Cirkus" fails to capture the same level of comedic genius. Despite these flaws, the acting of Jadhav and Mishra is a standout feature of the film . Both actors bring comic timing and a few light moments of authenticity to their roles that elevates the material.
